Bittersweet Weekend

I went to Six Flags Magic Mountain on Sunday for the first time in years. It was a pretty great day to be at the park except for the fact that I was actually dripping sweat for the first 3-4 hours. Anyway, the new rides are RIDICULOUS. The screams coming out of me were genuine "OMG we seriously might die" screams.

This is Tatsu. Tatsu was my favorite.

And this is Terminator Salvation.

After all the fun, we went to Mimi's Cafe for dinner. We ended up getting a free dessert because Ugil and David danced. It was a pretty awesome day...

...except for the fact that it was the last time we were going to see J.Yom. J.Yom is moving to St. Louis. I'm gonna miss my new buddy.

keep moving

I've been back in Burbank for a week now but today I'm off to spend the weekend in San Francisco. I can't wait to explore the city with choffy.

I promise I'll update when I get back with an actual update on my life.

I'll just say that God is Good and exciting things are happening (:

I just hope that by the time I get back on Monday, the gloom will be forever gone. I've been dying to wear shorts, sandals, and dresses.

good bye new york

My 4 years here have been memorable. School was challenging, adjusting to the city was fun, and through it all I met some really great people (:

I had a good time and will definitely miss some things about this city like friends, lombardi's, pizza, uniqlo, shopping, and magnolia bakery banana pudding.

But its time for a change and I can't wait to see what God has in store for me back at home in sunny LA.

the most of it

I cannot wait to go home but for now, I'm really trying to make most of my time here (:

The other day I met up again with the lovely children's wear ladies for dinner at Dos Caminos. It was so good, kind of pricey but totally worth it because the guacamole was amazing.

Anita, a great friend from high school came into the city. She may be going to NYU grad school thus I happily took the time to show her around the city. I had such a great time with her.
